I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up...
Curiosity and openness to the unfolding has lead me to the most beautiful places.
When I was little, I loved to draw and most of the time I drew houses. I've moved many times in my life, and every new adventure was an opportunity to connect with my home as an expression of who I was, where I was, and what was important to me in that moment. The intimate connection we feel to the spaces where we live, travel, and experience life's celebrations become part of the fabric of who we are.
I've been an entrepreneur for decades, but when I launched Star & Co. (formerly Star Staging Solutions), my heart finally knew what it meant to combine my love for my work and the feeling of home. My passion for the stories homes have to tell drives me to curate spaces that reflect their beauty, individuality, and energy. I'm honored that my work revolves around creating beautiful spaces that help sell homes, create lasting memories for event guests, and inspire travelers.
Beautiful North Carolina is the place I call home these days. I was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC and I am proud to serve a community with "history, heroes, and a hometown feeling!" Our proximity and tight knit connection to Ft. Bragg is truly an honor for my family. Fayetteville and Ft. Bragg combined creates a community focused on giving back, creating connections, and supporting +cheering on our nation's heroes!
Speaking of heroes, I'm married to my best friend Jon who is going on 20 years of service to the US Army. And y'all, that man still looks great in uniform. I met Jon when buying a new home to transform! He was my home inspector which is a fun story that I'd love to share with you over a cup of coffee. Jon has given me the greatest honor of my life: being step-mom to two incredible boys. My commitment to my work and my community are inspired by my family and my faith. I am truly blessed to do what I do!
